THE WATCH EDITION / PRIVACY
Your details.
A clear purpose.
This notice covers the RIALITI watch app waitlist. Updated September 11, 2026.
What we collect
When you join, we store your email address, phone platform, optional seller profile, signup time, and the version of the invitation consent you accepted. We also store the landing-page version, campaign tags in the page link, and the referring website’s hostname, if available. This helps us understand which audiences are interested.
How we use it
We use your details to manage early access, understand demand, and email you about access to the app and its launch. Joining is free and does not commit you to a purchase. We do not sell your personal details or share them with advertising platforms.
Where the data goes
Cloudflare hosts this site and its waitlist database. Cloudflare processes network information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. Our signup code uses your IP address for a short-lived rate limit and does not save it in the waitlist database. The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not load third-party analytics scripts.
Measuring interest
We count page visits and how many lead to a waitlist signup, along with the page version, campaign tags, referring hostname, and date. Each page load gets a random identifier, kept only in that page’s memory. We do not use cookies, browser fingerprinting, or identifiers shared across visits. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control by skipping this measurement; you can still join the waitlist.
If you sign up from a measured visit, we connect that visit to your signup to understand which campaigns work. Removing your signup deletes your email, answers, and that connection. We retain aggregate campaign counts without email addresses, including signup and removal totals. Anonymous visit records are kept while the experiment is running and deleted when it closes. Aggregate results may be retained afterward.
Removing your details
A new signup receives a private removal link on the confirmation screen. Save that link somewhere safe: it allows anyone holding it to remove that signup without signing in. Open it and confirm removal to delete your waitlist record. Keep the link private. Repeat signups do not reveal or replace the original removal link.
We keep waitlist details until you remove them or we close the waitlist. When we send invitations or app updates, those messages will also include a way to opt out. We do not send a confirmation email immediately after signup.
About the capture app
This page only collects waitlist details. It does not access your camera or upload your photos. The app’s capture and verification data practices will be explained separately before installation.
